tesa® Plate Mounting Film and Cloth Tapes
Incompressible plate mounting tapes with film or cloth backings for applications where a cushioning layer is not required. The range provides reliable adhesion, stable and easy application, and different backing materials and thicknesses to suit specific printing processes. Their integrated construction and tailored contact adhesives allow fast and straightforward splice preparation, while the splitting-strip design supports controlled opening of the new reel and helps reduce waste. Process Tapes and Tools for Flexo Printing

Plate Edge Sealing Tapes
tesa plate edge sealing tapes provide additional support against plate-edge lifting, particularly in applications where plate stiffness, cylinder diameter or other process conditions can create additional stress at the plate edge. Products such as tesa® 4244 PV2 and tesa® 4287 are designed to adhere securely to photopolymer plates while allowing clean removal without leaving unwanted residues.
